Peter Falk has been a lawyer since 1990 and was a partner at Foyen Law Firm until 2022, based in Malmö. Since completing his court service, he has focused on construction and consulting law.
Peter Falk has extensive and broad experience in all areas of construction law. As a representative, he has handled a large number of cases in both public courts and arbitration proceedings since completing his court service. Over the years, Peter has served as a member and chairman of arbitration boards and inspection boards.
Since the late 1980s, Peter Falk has been actively engaged as a speaker/lecturer in construction and consulting law. He is engaged by various entities, including Construction Companies, municipalities, major Swedish construction, engineering, and consulting companies, as well as individual educational institutions.
