Marcus Eidem

Marcus Eidem is a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma and had been with the firm since 2009. He works primarily with construction and consultancy law and dispute resolution. Marcus is also experienced in advising on commercial law, company law, insolvency law, and public procurement.

Marcus spends a great deal of his time provding day-to-day advice on construction and consultancy issues to both construction clients and contractors. Marcus has many years of experience providing legal representation in a large number of contract law disputes before both courts and arbitral tribunals, and is regularly retained as legal counsel for such litigation. He is also experienced in representing clients in disputes involving purely contractual and compensation-related issues. In addition to his work providing advice and legal representation, Marcus is frequently retained as a lecturer and course leader in the field of construction and consultancy law.
