While working at law firms from 2008, Johan Bogren focused primarily on company law, M&A, and general commercial law. From 2008-2018, he worked as legal counsel at E.ON, and, over time, his work focused increasingly on energy law and construction law issues. He has drafted and negotiated a large number of agreements concerning the construction of major CHP plants, turbine contracts, natural gas tanking stations, and biogas production facilities.
Johan has also been involved in a number of joint venture and cooperation agreements in the energy sector. In addition, he has significant experience and knowledge involving regulatory questions in the energy sector, in respect of both electricity networks and natural gas networks. He is also very knowledgeable about district heating networks and district heating production, as well as the biogas industry.
