Project Finance update

For the first time, Sweden is represented in an international survey of the legal framework for project finance. How is a project company organised and how can assets best be arranged as collateral for the lenders? Are there any limitations for foreign investors and which are the relevant authorities when planning infrastructure projects? These and many other questions are dealt with in Getting the Deal Through – Project Finance 2016, which offers a quick overview of the relevant laws for project finance in 36 countries. Peter Dyer and Andreas Lindström have outlined Swedish law in this area.
