Foyen’s new offices at Regeringsgatan 38, which are light and modern and situated on the seventh floor of the the NK department store, provide a panoramic view over Stockholm. The premises cover approximately 1,200 m² and will be adapted to meet the law firm’s operational requirements in collaboration with Hufvudstaden and Studio Laaw.

– Foyen is in an exciting growth phase and has the goal of creating an even more modern and sustainable workplace. The premises are modern and, quite simply, will be adapted to meet our requirements; this was a major factor in the choice of new premises. We look forward to being a tenant in Hufvudstaden’s property portfolio and have great confidence in Hufvudstaden as a landlord, whom we envisage will meet our requirements for a long time going forward, says Foyen’s CEO Maria Wallenborg Ekdahl.

– We are extremely pleased to be able to welcome Foyen to Hufvudstaden. As a tenant in the NK department store, there is access to a wide range of services which support their business operations, says Anders Nygren, Hufvudstaden.
