Foyen has advised Canadian mining company Mandalay Resources Corporation in its negotiation of a 35 million USD revolving credit facility with the Bank of Nova Scotia.

December 2022Mandalay, which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, is the 100 % owner of the Bjorkdal gold mine in northern Sweden and the transaction has required a number of contracts regarding the Swedish business operation.
