Moa Gruneau has worked at Foyen Law Firm since November 2018 with a primary focus on Corporate Law, M&A and Private Equity. She works with both Swedish and international transactions and projects, with a particular focus on the energy industry and other innovation-intensive businesses, as well as the mining industry. Moa also works with Dispute Resolution and commercial agreements.
Moa previously served as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court.
