Foyen has successfully represented Eolus Vind through Siggebohyttan Vindpark AB in the Land and Environmental Court of Appeal, where the company won on appeal and has been granted a permit to construct a wind farm in Lindesberg Municipality, Örebro County. The Court considered the trade-offs between renewable energy and the impact on cultural heritage features.
Eolus designs, builds, and manages investment objects within the field of renewable electricity production – onshore and offshore wind power, solar power, and energy storage.
