Tomas is retained as counsel and provides day-to-day advice on environmental law and strategic questions involving matters such as permits and permit applications, regulatory oversight, activities affecting water, contaminated land, environmental damages, and waste and chemical issues. He has extensive experience with large and complex permit applications in areas such as energy (wind power), infrastructure (airports), industry, and waste.
In addition, Tomas has many years of experience working with planning and building permit issues.
