Foyen has acted as legal counsel on behalf of Adda, a subsidiary of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, in negotiations regarding a volume agreement with Google Cloud.

Foyen has acted as legal counsel on behalf of Adda, a subsidiary of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, in negotiations regarding a volume agreement with Google Cloud.

Adda’s mission is to support the public sector regarding the strategic supply of goods, services and skills. The volume agreement specifies that the parties have agreed on terms and conditions and discounts that Adda’s customers can apply prior to, and in connection with, call-offs of selected Google Cloud-products from Adda’s framework agreement.

The purpose of the volume agreement is to support the digitalisation of the public sector. By entering into agreements with relevant suppliers, Adda aims to offer cost-effective terms and increased transparency in data protection and suitability assessments.

Foyen acted as legal advisor for Adda, represented by partner Andreas Lindström and Associate Anna Larsson.

On 8th of April 2022, the EU decided on a fifth package of sanctions which includes, among other things, further restrictions on trade with Russia. Foyen recruits HR manager from Landshypotek Bank

Foyen Advokatfirma has recruited Landshypotek Bank’s former HR manager Annelie von Dahn as its new HR manager. Annelie will be responsible for developing Foyen’s operations through its human capital and will serve in the firm’s management group.
