The facility is under a 20-year lease agreement with Hemtex/Kid. Its strategic design facilitates the logistics and distribution needs of the business and the growing European e-commerce market. In addition, sustainability and efficiency have been a key focus in the design. One example of this is the use of solar panels to reduce the facility’s environmental impact.
