Tomas Rudenstam has been a partner at Foyen Advokatbyrå since 2017, with a strong focus on innovative and high-tech companies. Tomas’ practice focuses primarily on M&A, joint ventures, commercial agreements, company financing, intellectual property law, IT law, and disputes.
Tomas has more than 20 years experience in providing legal services to companies in the high-tech area. This work has included everything from the financing of some of Sweden’s largest and most exciting industrial projects to legal work with incubators and innovations at the Stockholm School of Economics, Stockholm University, and the Royal Institute of Technology (InnoEnergy). He has also negotiated and brought to fruition a large number of project agreements (including research agreements and cooperation agreements between public sector and commercial parties).
Tomas is regularly appointed as special examinor (Sw. särskild granskare) in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act.
