Pia Pehrson

Pia Pehrson is responsible for legal proceedings, permit and concession applications, consultation with public authorities and private individuals, contract negotiations, and client representation before courts and public authorities. She participates in Due Diligence and gives courses on environmental law, planning and building legislation, and health and safety law.

Pia has worked at Foyen since 2004 in environmental and energy law, land access (including planning and building permission), energy law, exploitation law, and with health and safety issues. Pia has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2006, and previously worked as a law clerk/preparing clerk for the Land Court at the Malmö District Court, as well as an environmental lawyer for the Vattenfall Group. She has broad experience with energy projects, mining, infrastructure, and industrial projects. She is currently involved in on-shore and off-shore windpower projects. Pia is an active writer for both news media and industry press regarding legal developments and case law.
