Per Vestman has been a senior associate at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2005 and focuses on construction and consultancy law, damages, insurance, and public procurement. He works as an advisor to construction clients, contractors, and consultants in procurements and project implementation, as well as in conjunction with disputes before arbitral tribunals and courts of general jurisdiction. Per also provides advice and representation in reviews in public procurements for construction clients and tenderers and advises on property development.
He has extensive experience in advising construction clients on procurements, projects, and dispute resolution and also has in-depth expertise regarding the application of the AB 04, ABT 06, AMA AF 12 and ABK 09 Swedish standard agreements in such projects. His expertise also includes construction client support documents AMA AF and AMA Consult. In addition, Per regularly leads courses in these areas of the law.
