Oscar Wackling focuses on construction and consultancy law and associated areas in the construction industry and on real estate-related issues. Oscar also has many years of experience with procurement law issues in relation to the various actors involved in the construction process.
Oscar is regularly retained as a lecturer on the standard agreements AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, ABM 07, as well as on AMA AF 12.
Since 2019, Oscar has been the deputy main investigator for AMA AF and is one of the authors of AMA AF 21.
