Jonas Conradsson

Jonas Conradsson has been a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2017, focusing primarily on M&A and private equity. He has extensive experience with Swedish and international acquisitions, financing, investments, and transactions in a wide range of business areas and operations, and with a specific focus on the energy industry and other innovation-intensive and technology-related businesses. Jonas’ work also includes commercial agreements, company law, and IT.
