Henrik Ståhlberg

Henrik Ståhlberg is a partner at Foyen Advokatbyrå and has been with the firm since 2014, specialising in real estate law. When working with real estate transactions, Henrik delivers an integrated solution to the client, involving advice, negotiation, review, and quality assurance throughout the chain of the transaction until all of the conditions of the transaction are met. He has a number of years of experience in providing advice to Swedish and international investors in connection with the purchase and sale of properties and property companies, as well as in providing advice to municipalities and municipal companies in connection with residential and public use properties. In addition, Henrik is also a highly-regarded lecturer and regularly leads courses on real estate transactions and property development.
