Bo Svensson

Bo Svensson has been a senior associate at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2009 and specialises in real estate law, construction law, and consultancy law. Bo represents construction clients as well as contractors and consultants in real estate, construction, and consultancy matters, primarily as an advisor and negotiator in connection with contract drafting and by providing legal representation in disputes. He provides representation before courts of general jurisdiction and in arbitral proceedings, and has participated in reinspections in respect of flatwork and major energy facilities. Bo is also retained as an arbitrator and is frequently recommended by insurance companies and claims adjustment companies in connection with construction and consultancy disputes.

Bo is also a highly-regarded lecturer and leads courses on construction and consultancy law.
