Andreas Lindström

Andreas Lindström is a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma and has been with the firm since 2013. He has many years of experience in representing Swedish and international energy companies, trading houses, public authorities, and municipalities in all types of legal matters, primarily in connection with energy, new technology, real property, and municipal commercial enterprises. In the energy area, his experience spans the entire chain of value from energy production to distribution and sales, including both fully competitive energy trading and licensed network operations.

As a result of his previous work in-house at one of the country’s largest municipally-owned energy groups, Andreas also has specific experience of working within politically controlled organisations. He is often retained as external in-house counsel, and provides on-going representation to a large number of clients in areas including commercial agreements, company law issues, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases, procurement issues, and disputes.
