Foyen is assisting the construction client in very extensive arbitral proceedings. The dispute involves, among other things, liability for cost increases and delays in conjunction with the construction of an energy facility in Sweden. We represent a very large cooperative housing association in a construction dispute against a general contractor (design and construct contract) involving 340 completed bathroom renovations. The dispute involves installation work with issues regarding the contractor’s liability for defects and liability in damages.
We represent a public agency in a dispute regarding the refurbishing and conversion of, among other things, railway and roadway facilities in southern Sweden.
