Sara Öwall works in the law firm’s construction law and public sector business areas. Sara often advises on the drafting of contract documents before construction projects and provides day-to-day advice during, and in connection with, construction projects. She is also experienced in providing advice in connection with drafting procurement provisions, as well as other advice in connection with public procurements and review procedures. Sara represents both public sector and private sector clients in litigation and in out-of-court negotiations.
