Rickard Zamuhl has been a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2020, specialising in real estate law with a specific focus on commercial tenancy law. He regularly represents major clients with questions which arise in connection with ownership, development, and management of real estate, as well as in disputes before rent tribunals and courts. Rickard has also participated in a number of major projects, for example new construction and conversions in central Stockholm.
With over 20 years of experience with real estate law matters, Rickard is frequently retained as a lecturer and instructor in the area of real estate law.
