Pernilla Samuelsson is a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma and has been with the firm since 2019, specialising in construction law, consultancy law, and public procurement. She advises state enterprises, publicly-owned and privately-owned companies, municipalities, and industry organisations. Her work involves representation in arbitration, litigation in courts of general jurisdiction, and out-of-court negotiations and includes, among other things, handling claims for damages.
