Lars Hag is a Senior Associate at Foyen Advokatbyrå and has been with the firm since 1995, specialising in construction law and consultancy law. He is retained by both contractors, in all technical areas, and by construction clients, such as various municipalities, municipally-owned companies, county councils, and state enterprises, in construction and consultancy law disputes concerning the various standard agreements which exist in the construction industry and the processing industry.
Lars is also retained as a member of arbitration tribunals and inspection boards. For more than 25 years, Lars has been retained by both consultants and insurance companies, as well as construction clients, in various liability matters related to consultancy disputes. He has been an instructor on the subjects of both construction law and consultancy law for more than 25 years, both in Sweden and abroad. Lars currently presents various lectures for a range of construction clients and contractors.
