Johanna Töllenius has been a senior associate at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2017, specialising in public procurement, construction law, and consultancy law. She represents construction clients and suppliers in all aspects of the procurement process, ranging from producing procurement documents, to questions during the evaluation phase, to proper wording of withdrawal decisions, as well as in litigation before courts regarding reviews, contract validity, and damages.
Johanna also has significant experience working with construction and consultancy law and with general contract law, and works with the AB 04, ABT 06 and ABK 09 and ABA 99 standard agreements. Within these areas of the law, she regularly offers advice involving the drafting and interpretation of agreements, contract follow-up, assistance in negotiations with external parties and, when appropriate, litigation before courts and in arbitral proceedings.
In addition, Johanna regularly leads courses and seminars in the areas of public procurement, construction law, and consultancy law.
