Jacob Hamilton has been a partner at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2010. He focuses on contract negotiations and disputes in the construction industry, including in respect of delivery and installation of energy facilities and industrial facilities.
He represents utilities and developers in procurements in conjunction with wind power, CHP plants, and hydroelectric power, and represents industrial companies in connection with procurement of industrial plants. In addition, he has significant experience as legal counsel in disputes regarding the delivery and installation of energy facilities and industrial plants.
Jacob is also lectures in the area of construction law on subjects such as Swedish and international standard agreements, including ABA 99 and FIDIC.
