Axel Ryning has been an associate at Foyen Advokatfirma since he completed his law clerkship in the spring of 2015. Axel works primarily with construction and consultancy law, with a specific focus on dispute resolution and litigation.
At Foyen Advokatfirma, Axel works as an advisor and legal counsel for construction clients, contractors, and consultants in procurements and contract negotiations, as well as in conjunction with disputes before arbitration tribunals and courts of general jurisdiction. In addition to the construction and real estate sectors, he has also worked with these types of issues for clients in the wind power, electricity, processing, and mining industries.
Axel also serves as an instructor on construction law (primarily AB 04 and ABT 06), as well as on standard agreements in the processing industry.
In addition, Axel is a member of SYF (an association for junior lawyers in southern Sweden who are involved in dispute resolution).
