Johan Sköld from Chalmers Ventures strengthens Foyen’s board

Foyen’s Board of Directors grows through the addition of Johan Sköld, a co-opted director from Chalmers Ventures AB. Johan’s extensive experience in IT and business development further strengthens the board’s work in developing Foyen into Sweden’s leading law firm for project and technology-related law, writes Foyen in a press release.

Johan Sköld is the founder and cofounder of over 30 companies, half of which as an intrapreneur. With a great interest in people, economics, and technology, he has combined roles in strategic development and sales in leading positions for over 20 years. Johan describes himself as a serial entrepreneur and advisor who works chiefly as Head of Growth at Chalmers Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chalmers University of Technology.

– Foyen is a leading law firm with a great deal of commitment to society and a strong and informal corporate culture. The firm places the group ahead of the individual and dares to think differently – something that matches my values well. I believe in constant change, but in small steps, and in developing companies as a team, says Johan Sköld.

Johan also has many years of service in group management for major consulting companies such as Epsilon and Knowit, an IT and management consulting company with approximately 2,000 employees. Alongside his role as a consultant and advisor to many boards of directors, Johan also lectures on a regular basis at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden’s Architects, M-Gruppen, and the Stockholm School of Economics. He is also the author of one of Sweden’s most sold books on selling services “Sales and Consulting Companies”.

– Johan has vast experience in IT and business development which will contribute greatly to Foyen’s development. The recruiting of an external resource with Johan’s background is yet another stage in our efforts to become Sweden’s leading law firm for project and technology-related law, says Foyen’s CEO Linnéa Djursén.
