Foyen Advokatfirma is assisting Kraftringen in conjunction with the sale of Nynäshamn Energi AB to Ellevio. Nynäshamn Energi’s business includes electricity grid and construction operations with 16,000 electricity grid customers and 14 employees. The sale is taking place in light of Kraftringen’s regional consolidation of the company’s business to the southern parts of Sweden. Part of this is the divestment of those parts of the business involving electricity distribution and construction of electrical power facilities in Nynäshamn, which is geographically far from Kraftringen’s area of operations.
