Mathias Kågell-Landgren has been an associate at Foyen since 2021. Mathias has in-depth knowledge concerning public sector and related legal issues. He regularly represents public authorities, municipalities, and municipal companies.
Mathias’ background is as a municipal and company lawyer, and he is regularly retained as an advisor in complex business situations between the public and private sectors. This involves litigation before courts of general jurisdiction, advice in connection with launching IT projects, carrying out sensitive internal investigations, and out-of-court negotiations in connection with disputes.
In addition, Mathias has in-depth knowledge of organizational questions arising in the intersection of the policy process and company law regulations. Mathias is also an esteemed lecturer and regularly leads courses.
