Daniel Sjöholm

Daniel Sjöholm has been working as a Specialist at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2024, focusing on business law. Daniel has many years of experience, including assisting listed companies with corporate law and securities market law. He has extensive experience with stock exchange listings, capital raising, new share issues, market abuse issues, disclosure requirements, reverse acquisitions, public takeover bids, and takeovers, as well as incentive programs. Daniel also continuously assists various types of clients with Swedish and international acquisitions, transactions, and business transfers across a range of different areas and industries. In addition to working with a large number of listed companies and transactions, Daniel’s practice also includes handling commercial contracts for both large companies and smaller growth companies, as well as providing support to boards of directors.

Daniel’s previous experience in the financial industry and as a business leader gives him a strong understanding of the various challenges faced by companies. He is frequently engaged as an “in-house counsel” by clients to support projects or provide continuous support to their management and operations.
