Foyen has advised John Mattson in connection with the acquisition of a property in Nacka. The property consists of a building from the 1920s, which is currently leased as office space and Johan Mattson plans to exercise existing development rights to construct housing. The acquisition is John Mattson’s first acquisition in the Municipality of Nacka.
Foyen served as legal advisor in the process and John Mattson was advised by partner Henrik Ståhlberg and senior associate Madeleine Jönsson.
Foyen has advised the Swedish Fortifications Agency in connection with the acquisition of JM's K1 Karlbergs Strand office project in Solna, Stockholm. The value of the sale is SEK 2.4 billion.
Pre-inspection has many benefits. The contractor and construction client can gain clarity regarding whether the chosen execution is contractually compliant, who bears liability if the construction client wants to use part of the construction project before it is completed and, not least, whether it it possible to rectify defects before they are built in.
Foyen has provided Sollentuna City Hall with advice in conjunction with the sale of 456 apartments as well as commercial premises located in Häggvik and Tureberg in Sollentuna.
