Together with Colliers International, Foyen Advokatfirma assisted the Swedish Veterinarians Association in the sale of the residential property, Vattuormen 15, on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The property is located at Garvargatan 3 close to Kungsholmstorg and the City Hall and has leasable space of just over 1,700 m². The purchaser was Tokais Fastighet AB which intends to develop the property and create additional residences. Closing took place on 1 July.
