Foyen Advokatfirma has assisted wind farm operator Samkraft AB in the sale of 10 wind turbines to Slitevind AB. The sale includes a total of 20 MW installed capacity and closing took place on 29 April.

Northgold AB has on the 10th of April 2025, entered into an agreement with Nordic Resources Limited regarding the sale of all shares in its wholly owned Finnish subsidiaries, Fennia Gold Oy and Lakeuden Malmi Oy.
