Foyen advises Slussgården on acquisition of property from Vasakronan

Foyen Advokatfirma has advised Slussgården on the acquisition of the office property Sandbacken Mindre 39 in Stockholm. Seller is Vasakronan and the property value is 234 million SEK. With the acquisition, Slussgården expands their ownership of properties near Slussen by over 4000 sqm. Slussgården will take over the property by 1st of June 2016.
