Foyen Advokatfirma has advised regional power company Kraftringen Energi AB (publ) on the acquisition of Elkraftsbyggarna Kraft in Götaland AB (EKB). The acquisition strengthens Kraftringen’s market position in the construction sector. Kraftringen’s construction operations will as a result of the acquisition include electric power, public lighting, charging infrastructure and solar cell solutions. It will have some 165 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 500 million.
