Foyen advises Hill & Smith Holdings on acquisition of FMK Trafikprodukter

Foyen Advokatfirma has assisted UK based infrastructure group Hill & Smith Holdings Plc in the acquisition of the business and assets of traffic products company FMK Trafikprodukter AB. The acquisition extends Hill & Smith’s and its Swedish subsidiary ATA’s product portfolio within road and rail barriers. Foyen’s team was led by Peter Dyer, primarily assisted by Sara Malmgren and Jessica Krüger.
