Foyen has advised Skånska Energi in the sale of the group’s hydropower company to Energy Machines A/S.

The business comprises eight hydropower plants in four different rivers in the south of Sweden with an annual production of approximately 30 GWh.

Foyen’s team primarly consisted of partner Andreas Lindström together with partner Jonas Conradsson and associate Esmeralda Eberhardsson.
