Eva Westberg Persson is a partner at Foyen Advokatbyrå and has been with the firm since 2001, specialising in construction law. She is a strategic advisor to listed companies, property companies, state enterprises, municipalities, municipal companies, and industry organisations.
Eva has been retained as an advisor on a number of Sweden’s largest construction projects for more than ten years. This has included representation in arbitration, litigation in courts of general jurisdiction, and out-of-court negotiations in construction law, consultancy law, and contract law disputes.
In addition, Eva has very extensive experience as an advisor and in drafting contracts in various commercial law and construction law matters. Eva is also a highly-regarded lecturer and regularly conducts courses on construction law.
