Ann Garmland is a senior associate who has been with Foyen Advokatbyrå since 2017. Her areas of expertise are construction law, consultancy law, and public procurement, with particularly extensive experience in public procurement. She represents contracting authorities and entities in all phases of the procurement process, ranging from producing procurement documents, to questions during the evaluation phase, to proper wording of withdrawal decisions. She also assists companies and public authorities in litigation before courts.
Within these areas of the law, she regularly offers advice involving the drafting and interpretation of agreements, contract follow-up, assistance in negotiations with external parties and, when necessary, litigation before courts and in arbitral proceedings.
Ann regularly leads courses and seminars in the areas of public procurement, construction law, and consultancy law.
