Huge Fastigheter is selling nine public-use properties with public operations in Huddinge comprising a total lettable area of 8,750 m² and approximately SEK 16.8 million in rental income. The buyer is Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB), which shall take possession of the properties in the beginning of October 2017.
Huge Fastigheter is Huddinge’s municipal real estate company, one of Sweden’s ten largest municipal real estate companies. In addition to the municipal and commercial premises, Huge also has flats, preschools and schools, open-air recreational and sports facilities, as well as shopping centres.
