Foyen assists Pegital in the acquisition of IT-Hantverkarna

Foyen has assisted Pegital in the acquisition of the services company, IT-Hantverkarna. Through the acquisition, Pegital expands its business operations to cover IT services for small and midsize companies. Pegital owns the accounting firm Fortner, the home services company HomeMaid, and Veteranpoolen. All of the just over 80 employees of IT-Hantverkarna will join Pegital.

Foyen assisted Pegital in the acquisition through associate attorney Elinor Pejryd and partner Tomas Rudenstam.
