At the request of the investment company Ardian, OX2 will construct a wind power farm in Åndberg/Härjedalen for approximately SEK 3 billion. The wind power park will be placed into operation in 2021 and is expected to produce approximately 800 GWh/year.
The investment in the wind power park, which has 53 turbines, is one of the largest wind power transactions carried out in Sweden, a country which is considered internationally to be a world leader in innovation and development of sustainable energy.
Foyen Advokatfirma assisted OX2 in the negotiation of the supply agreements and service agreements for the wind power park. The lead partner at Foyen was Jacob Hamilton.
