Foyen appoints three new partners

Foyen continues to grow and, on the path to our goal of becoming Sweden’s largest business law firm in project and technology-related law, Foyen has named three new partners. Christoffer Löfquist, Oscar Wackling and Richard Sahlberg who will become partners of the firm beginning on 1 January 2018.

Christoffer Löfquist works in Foyen’s Public Transactions, Construction Law and Real Property practice areas, specializing in Procurement Law and Construction Law and working to a large degree as an advisor on behalf of property developers and contractors in the procurement and performance of construction projects. He is also frequently asked to lecture in these areas. Christoffer often acts as counsel in both arbitration proceedings as well as litigation before courts of law regarding, among other matters, Construction Law, Procurement Law and Real Property Law. Christoffer began working at Foyen in 2012 and works out of Foyen’s offices in Malmö.

Oscar Wackling practices in Foyen’s Construction Law, Real Property Law and General Commercial and IT law practice areas. He specializes in Construction Law and works to a large degree as an advisor on behalf of property developers and contractors in the procurement and performance of construction projects and in dispute resolution. Oscar is often asked to lecture on Construction Law. His commercial law practice centers mainly around transactions, often with a connection to real property and development. Oscar began working at Foyen in 2009 and works out of Foyen’s Gothenburg offices.

Richard Sahlberg works primarily in Foyen’s Construction Law, Real Property and General Commercial Law practice areas. He specializes in Construction Law and Consultancy Law and is regularly asked to lecture and provide training on standard agreements in the industry. Richard is an advisor to both property developers as well as contractors and is often retained in arbitration proceedings and in litigation before courts of law with particular experience from complex and extensive disputes. Richard began working at Foyen in 2010 and is based in Foyen’s offices in Malmö but has also been stationed at Foyen’s offices in Stockholm.
